MSI Human Rights Declaration

Micro-Star Int’l Co., Ltd. (MSI) bases its human rights declaration on established international principles and conventions such as the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) promulgated standards. All employees will not be discriminated on the basis of race, gender, age, partisanship, religion, or ethnicity. We follow applicable local minimum age requirements, regulations, and other relevant provisions pursuant to our Declaration on Human Rights policy.

MSI Declaration on Human Rights policy is as follow:

Non-Discrimination
• Employees shall not discriminate or harass others while at work. In addition, race, gender, age, marital status, political affiliation, or religious belief shall not be used as a basis for determining employee hiring, review, or promotion.

No Child Labor
• Child labor will not be tolerated. All hiring will meet applicable minimum age laws and regulations.

Employee Communication
• Employer and worker meetings and suggestion boxes are setup to clearly and effectively resolve any labor issues. Employees are free to decide whether to enter into collective bargaining agreements or exercise other rights granted by law. MSI will not prohibit or interfere with employee rights of freedom of association or to engage in collective bargaining.
